āRefunds are typically processed for returned items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
āThe refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

āCertain personal care products or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

āOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

āIf approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
ā5. Late or Missing Refunds

āNext, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
