eazro’s Refund Policy

​We understand that sometimes an item just isn’t the right fit. Our goal is to make the refund process as clear and straightforward as possible for you.

​Refunds are typically processed for returned items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

​The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

​2. Non-Refundable Items

​Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund. This includes:

​Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

​Certain personal care products or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

​3. How to Get a Refund

​Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

​4. Refund Processing Time

​If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

​5. Late or Missing Refunds

​If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

​Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

​Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
